Hey everyone! I know, I have been sharing dessert recipes mostly so it is time to mix it up a little!
For chicken lovers, this is the perfect recipe…
250g boneless chicken
Seasonings like oregano,Chilli flakes,pepper and salt
Oil to fry
3 cups boiled pasta
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves chopped garic
2 cups milk
2 tbsp flour for pasta
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup flour for chicken
First, roll the chicken between cling wrap to flatten it slightly.
Then, coat with the seasonings preferred by you ( including salt ) and leave aside for 15 minutes .
Make a batter out of flour, water and salt. Coat the chicken in it and then in breadcrumbs.
Add enough oil in a pan to cover its base and fry the chicken on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides.
In another pan, add butter and flour. Let it cook until it is thick and like a paste.
Add the milk and whisk for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame until it thickens as to coat the back of a spoon.
Add seasonings, garlic, salt and then the pasta. Serve hot with the chicken!
