Cooking tip series #3

Hi everyone! This is our last episode of this series. The tip for today is:

When you are short of time and are making channa( chickpeas) or rajma(kidney bean), egg curry or chicken curry, just blend tomatoes,onions,ginger and garlic together. Add spices , salt and oil and pressure cook it. This gets ready in 5 to 10 minutes. You don’t need to stir it continuously and cook until oil surfaces out. It gives the same results. It can be used for any type of gravy. I got this tip from my mom!
