Welcome to Little Chef’s Apron! Today we’ll make something that is very common but is often considered unhealthy. In usual stuffed garlic breads, yeast and all purpose flour is used, but often it’s unhealthiness is overlooked. Flour is not healthy because of its properties of indigestion and yeast is not healthy as it causes mouth sores and aches. In this recipe, I will share with you ideas and tips without flour and yeast.
The dough:
Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp sour curd
1/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1.5 tsp salt and mixed herbs
1 tbsp oil
Directions:
. First, mix the dry ingredients together and then add the curd and oil.

. Then make a soft dough by gradually adding the milk.
. Now, set a timer and knead the dough for 10 min. At first the dough may seem sticky but do not add any more flour or milk. The longer you knead the softer it becomes.

. Now, line it with a little oil and cover it with a damp cloth, leave it out for 1 hour to set.
. Then, make a ball out of it by stretching the excess dough at the back. Roll it with a rolling pin into a circular shape.

The stuffing:
. At this point, it is all up to you to get creative and create a stuffing of your choice. It could be an jalapeño stuffing, a cheese one or with stuffed veggies.
. Here , I will share the one with cheese.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp spices of your choice
Directions:
. First, pour the butter and after it melts add the flour. It will become a little sticky but that’s how it thickens the milk.
. Add the milk and stir continuously to avoid burning.
. Add the spices and stir occasionally or a thin layer would appear on the sauce.
. If you like, you could also add a cheese slice and let it melt.

Garnish
Ingredients:
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp chilli flakes and oregano
Directions:
. Add all the ingredients together and let it cool.
Assembly:
Directions:
. Apply the cheese sauce on half the rolled dough, apply the melted butter mixture on the other half and fold it.

. Grease the pan with oil and Pre heat the oven at 180* for 10 min and fold the dough into half.

. Apply the butter mixture over it and roughly cut it into pieces halfway through.

. Bake the dough tin the oven for 15 to 17 min and serve it with cheese sauce as a dip.

. You can get creative and shape it in so many ways. You can shape it as breadsticks , pretzels, garlic knots, or bread braids.

When you say put the oven at 180*, I’m I correct that your meaning 180* C and not *F?
